CLDH ELECTS TWO NEW FACES TO THE BOARD

The CLDH stockholders, during the Stockholders' Meeting held on December 15, 2009, elected the new set of Board of Directors who are to serve for the year 2010. Elected were the following:

Chairman	-	Dr. Benjamin S. Paz
Executive Vice President	-	Mr. Constante P. Quirino Jr.
Treasurer	-	Mr. Ricardo O. Hipolito
Secretary	-	Dr. Maria Lourdes A. Kipping
Members	-	Dr. Rudy Q. Vigilia
	-	Dr. Dorcas N. Lumba
	-	Dr. Silvestre S. Talon
	-	Mr. Ricardo S. Pascua
	-	Mr. Victor Q. Garcia

The new faces (see pictures above) of the Board are Mr. Pascua, a retired business executive and formerly an executive Director of the First Pacific Group of Hong Kong and Southeast Asia and a chairman of Smart Communications; and Mr. Garcia, who is a Vice President in the Corporate Banking Group of the Bank of the Philippine Islands and a former Vice President in the Corporate banking Group of the Far East Bank and Trust Company.
