JOB DESCRIPTIONS

DIETITIAN:

The Dietitian is primarily responsible for participating in the planning for and preparation of food, meals, and nutritional requirements of patients or customers. The incumbent of the position is also involved in the determination and procurement of requirements for such dietary preparations. The Dietitian reports to the Chief Dietitian and coordinates with Cooks, Dietary Assistants, Staff Nurses, and the Purchasing Assistants.

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT:

The Accounting Assistant is primarily responsible for the processing, recording, and documentation of financial transactions of the hospital covering receivables, payables, and sundries. The Accounting Assistant reports to the Chief Accountant and coordinates with Collection and Legal Assistants, Billing Assistants, Billing Coordinators and Budget Assistants.

OFFICE ASSISTANT:

The Office Assistant is primarily responsible for the provision of technical, administrative, and clerical services to the immediate superior and the staff of the department or work unit to which assigned. The main functions consist of encoding, document preparation, information dissemination, internal coordination to secure required information and materials, and filing. The Office Assistants (for the current recruitment) shall report to the Finance Supervisor and coordinates with other Office Assistants and health care unit assigned.

MEDICAL RECORDS ASSISTANT:

The Medical Records Assistant is primarily responsible for the collation of requirements for completion, documentation, and safekeeping of all medical records of patients. Also included among the tasks of the Medical Records Assistant is to provide assistance in the conversion of paper-based medical records to digital format.
